When you place an order with Stone-Engraving.com and give us your credit card number, contact numbers, address, etc., SSL encrypts all of the personal information on that page including your card number, name and address so that only Stone-Engraving.com is allowed to decode it. If you see an unbroken key or a closed lock (depending upon your browser) in your status bar, the SSL is active and your information secure. Taxes

Only New Jersey residents need to pay the 7% Sate sales tax on their order.

Offline Payment

Call 973-948-0085 if you prefer to place your order via phone. Checks and money orders will be accepted via USPS, however processing of your order will be delayed until we have received payment.

Purchase Orders

Stone-Engraving.com accepts Purchase Orders from State and Federal Agencies and U.S. Educational Institutions. Fax your Purchase Order to 973-948-2085 or email to info@stone-engraving.com.

Shipping

Stone-Engraving.com ships all packages UPS/RPS or USPS. Call us if special handling options are needed. If you have not received your package within three weeks after you've placed your order, please contact me at 973-948-0085, or send me an email at info@stone-engraving.com

PLEASE NOTE: UPS & RPS will not deliver to a P.O. Box.

Returns

If you are unhappy in any way, we will gladly accept your return for a full refund. Please notify us by email before shipping the package back to us so we may send you our return instructions. Once we have received the order we will issue a full credit to your account.
